It's certainly worth checking the small print before you begin ;-) Here's a quick example in VB.NET to show how easy PDF generation can be. To begin developing the application, add a reference to the System.Runtime.Remoting and EmployeeServer assemblies. Also, import the System.Runtime.Remoting and EmployeeServer namespaces at the top of the form class. Now add a new XML file named EmployeeClient.config to the project. This configuration file will store the settings required to configure the remoting infrastructure at the client end. The complete markup of EmployeeClient.config is shown in Listing 11-5.
